Similar to Allium vineale L.

Similar species may include Meadow Garlic (Allium canadense), Autumn Garlic (Allium stellatum), cultivated garlic (Allium sativum) and Nodding Onion (Allium cernuum). Field Garlic may be distinguished by leaves which are tubular and hollow in cross-section. The previously mentioned similar species will have leaves that are flattened in cross-section.
