Viburnum rufidulum

Similar to Euonymus alatus (Thunb.) Sieb.

Rusty Blackhaw Viburnum (Viburnum rufidulum) has opposite leaves that color brightly in the fall, but the leaves are larger than Burning Bush and have a thicker, leathery texture. Rusty Blackhaw has large, flat-topped clusters of showy white flowers in April and large, purplish-black fruit that attracts birds.
